PositiveGPS Privacy Policy Effective June 1, 2020

PositiveGPS is a trademark of Viatrax Automation Corporation. Viatrax Automation Corporation will hereby be referred to as "Viatrax". The PositiveGPS System (“the System”) collects data about you and your PositiveGPS tracker (“the Data”). The Data may include status or information about performance, location, operation and recommended service. The System collects the Data on a time scheduled basis. The collection of the Data is vital to the operation and functionality of the System. Viatrax WILL NOT SHARE POSITIVEGPS-DEVICE GPS OR POSITIVEGPS-DEVICE LOCATION DATA WITH THIRD PARTIES. By signing up for our PositiveGPS Service you “Agree,” and are subject to applicable law, you hereby agree that Viatrax may use the Data for the services provided by the System (“the Services”) or notify you of PositiveGPS information or services (including sending phone, computer or other messages to you relating to your PositiveGPS), to manage the services provided by the system, or to protect the property or safety of you or another party, or to comply with any law or court order (including subpoenas). Viatrax shares browsing data with Google Analytics to help optimize the mobile, tablet, and desktop viewing experience. Viatrax will not otherwise disclose, sell or rent the Data to any other third party without your consent. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you further agree that Viatrax may provide aggregated information derived from the Data, excluding GPS or Location Data, to third parties without your consent, provided that said aggregated information is made anonymous and shall not contain any personally identifiable information. Viatrax WILL NOT SHARE POSITIVEGPS-DEVICE GPS OR POSITIVEGPS-DEVICE LOCATION DATA WITH THIRD PARTIES.
